That’s The Man He Is

He’s had two bypasses now, a triple at 22yrs and a quadruple at 30yrs.

That first time, he passed the fish tank twice. He was wheeled past this impressive aquarium, down the corridor to theatre but an emergency came in, they apologised but he was fine with it, reassuring them that he got that someone else’s need was greater. So he was wheeled back down again later that day.

That sums him up perfectly, that’s the man he is, self sacrificing, thoughtful, so aware of others. Sometimes all I say is, ‘you seen that fish tank twice today’? And we know.
